ICAP is a member-owned, group self-insurance program that provides property and casualty coverage to Iowa public entities. Approximately 800 local municipalities, including nearly 350 Iowa cities, participate in the Pool and enjoy the comprehensive coverages, risk management and loss control services ICAP affords.
