The deadline for advertising for the Printed Directory is January 31, 2022. A $50 late fee will be charged for ads submitted after the deadline.

The online Service Directory for Cities is a benefit of the Community Alliance Programs. The Community Alliance Programs give companies year-round exposure to city officials while showing their support for Iowa’s local governments. If you are not currently part of the program your application is due January 31, 2022 and will be included at no charge in the printed Directory.

After a completed form is submitted the Directory Organizer will receive a copy of this form.

    Please fill out the following information as it should appear in the printed directory.

  • Step 3: Company Description

    Community Alliance Programs company descriptions can be found online. If your company is not currently listed online consider joining the Community Alliance Program.

  • Step 4: Printed Service Directory Advertising

  • Total printed advertising price: $0

    This is the total cost including the printed advertising based off what you have selected.

  • Step 5: Printed Service Directory Categories

    One category is free to Community Alliance Programs. Choose one category in the primary category and choose any additional cross reference listings. Each additional cross reference listing is $65.

  • Step 6: Additional Printed Copies

    Advertisers and Community Alliance Programs receive one printed copy at no charge. $130 each, $80 each for Community Alliance Programs

    This is the total cost including the additional cross references based off what you have selected.

  • Step 7: Submit Artwork

    The file must be saved in the correct file size as a JPEG, TIF, EPS or PDF. Fonts must be included as outlines or embedded in the file. Corrective work will be charged by the hour. If you cannot upload your files, please disable your popup-blocker.

  • Upload artwork files
    Accepted file types: jpg, pdf, eps, tif, Max. file size: 80 MB.

  • Step 8: Payment

    Total undiscounted advertising price: $ 0

    This is the total cost of based off your answers above, including the additional cross references that you have selected.

    Your company will be invoiced when the Directory mails in April. Community Alliance Programs receive a 10% discount on advertising. A $50 late fee will be charged after January 31, 2022.
